The training sessions are suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who have already mastered mountain bike skills. They consist of practical and theoretical lessons on mountain biking, gaining and maintaining fitness.
They will get to know the correct and safe techniques of riding a mountain bike and ride roots, raised turns and other obstacles, getting to know the bike settings, fixing basic problems on the bike, the basics of bike maintenance, trailbuilding, group behavior, and also about the correct attitude of cyclists in nature with hikers and other users of the forest.
The focus is on the enduro discipline.
It should be emphasized that the primary focus is not on competitive training, but on active spending of free time in nature and socializing.
