The XCO Cup racing season starts at Golovec! 

The story and existence of the Golovec trails park is strongly connected with these large work actions, which we organized twice a year. Without these campaigns, we wouldn't have such organized routes and a large and connected community. ⚒
In April, it's time again for all of us to meet in large numbers at Golovec and arrange the trails as necessary. Just like last year, in cooperation with ČS Rudnik, we will also prepare a cleaning campaign of our beloved forest at the same time.

An intensive course where in three hours we will introduce you to the basics of these "flat" turns, as well as the techniques of driving on "bands". Both techniques, in addition to basic techniques, are key to safe and fun trail riding.

The first monthly mountain biking course in 2025 will be held in April at on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 16:30 

V In a total of 24 hours (8x3h) of the course, you will learn about the appropriate equipment for the cyclist, bike settings, basic position on the bike, correct turning techniques, techniques for overcoming obstacles, jumps and other mountain biking facilities.

You are going with our team to mountain biking paradise by the sea between 3.4. and 7/4/2025?

We will visit the Finale Lugure together between 3.4. and 7.4.2025. Every day on the menu there will be a shuttle, with the help of which we will drive the best local trails, socialize, sunbathe and teach new tecniques.

An intensive course where in three hours we go from repeating the basics of jumping techniques to bigger jumps (board and dobule jumps and bigger drops). Under the supervision of the instructor and with the encouragement of the group, we can take you over jumps that you have only watched from the side until now.

Ljubljana, the capital of mountain biking, attracts many fans of this sport. The town boasts an abundance of excellent trails on the surrounding hills, which are carefully maintained by volunteers.

ŠD Golovec trails invites all children from 6 to 16 years of age to the first MTB camp in Golovec, where they will learn the correct and safe techniques of riding a mountain bike in a fun way and, under the watchful eye of experienced instructors, try their hand at descending through roots raised bends and other obstacles. The racing season begins at Golovec! Saturday's Golovec trails test day features a simulation of a downhill race. With its unique format and on a not too demanding course, this will be a great introduction to the Slovenian 20chocolate Downhill Cup season.

Bicycle fair of used equipment, organized together with Oskar Kovačič Elementary School. Bring your old bike for sale or to see and buy your new (old) bike.

We are also preparing an accompanying program with a guided tour, quick bike service and training ground. It will be fun.
