During the 3-hour intensive beginner's course, you will learn about one or more individual topics: proper rider equipment, bike settings, basic position on the bike, correct cornering techniques, jumps and other advanced techniques.

 

TURNING COURSE - an intensive course where, in three hours, we introduce you to the basics of "flat" turns, as well as the techniques of driving on "bands". Both techniques, in addition to basic techniques, are key to safe and fun trail riding. The first part of the course takes place on the training ground, while in the second part you can also test your new knowledge on the trails. In addition to various exercises, we also help each other with video analysis for faster progress. Everything takes place in a small group of up to 8 people.

 

COURSE OF SMALL JUMPS AND DROPS - an intensive course where we introduce you to the basics of jump and drop techniques in three hours. Both techniques are important for safe and fun trail riding. For learning, we use a prepared polygon, as well as a test on small jumps on our trails. In addition to various exercises, we also help each other with video analysis for faster progress. Everything takes place in a small group of up to 8 people.
