WARNING: If a minor under the age of seven or a person who does not have business capacity joins the association, the membership declaration must be signed by their legal representative. For a person between seven and fifteen years of age, the legal representative must give written consent before their entry. They participate in the management of the association through their legal representatives or trustees. Minors and persons without legal capacity have the right to vote and vote, but they cannot be elected to the association's bodies.

Anyone who engages in sports and recreational activities or is otherwise connected to this field in their work can become a member of the association. Membership in the association is voluntary. The sports association Golovec trails organizes and builds mountain bike trails on land with the permission of the owners. Any work or use of the route that is not in accordance with our agreement is prohibited. The association also does not assume any responsibility for any damage, injuries or accidents that may occur in the area of Ljubljana's Golovec. All users use the infrastructure and routes at their own risk.
