Program poteka v osmih treningih, dvakrat tedensko, kar omogo\u010da postopno nadgrajevanje znanja in dovolj \u010dasa za utrjevanje novih tehnik med posameznimi sre\u010danji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treningi potekajo na&nbsp;<strong>urejenih poteh Golovec Trails<\/strong>, kjer kombiniramo delo na u\u010dnem poligonu z vo\u017enjo po trailih. Na za\u010detku te\u010daja se posvetimo predvsem&nbsp;<strong>osnovni poziciji na kolesu, nadzoru hitrosti in u\u010dinkovitemu zaviranju<\/strong>, saj so prav te ve\u0161\u010dine temelj varne in samozavestne vo\u017enje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V nadaljevanju postopoma obravnavamo&nbsp;<strong>vse klju\u010dne tehnike vo\u017enje po trailih<\/strong>. Udele\u017eenci se nau\u010dijo pravilne vo\u017enje skozi&nbsp;<strong>flat zavoje in bande<\/strong>, premagovanja&nbsp;<strong>korenin, kamnov in drugih ovir<\/strong>, izbire linije ter teko\u010de vo\u017enje po flow trailih. Poseben poudarek namenimo tudi&nbsp;<strong>osnovam skokov in dropov<\/strong>, kjer se posvetimo pravilni tehniki odriva, stabilnemu polo\u017eaju na kolesu in varnemu pristanku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zadnji del programa je namenjen povezovanju vseh nau\u010denih tehnik na trailih. Pri u\u010denju si pomagamo z razli\u010dnimi vajami in&nbsp;<strong>video analizo vo\u017enje<\/strong>, ki omogo\u010da hitrej\u0161e razumevanje tehnike in opazen napredek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te\u010daj poteka v&nbsp;<strong>manj\u0161i skupini<\/strong>, kar omogo\u010da ve\u010d individualnega pristopa in dovolj \u010dasa za prakti\u010dne vaje.
